Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NorthAura Capital ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

NorthAura Capital is an educational financial planning and organization platform. It provides budgeting tools, planning calculators, projections, and general financial education. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and it is not a broker-dealer, bank, or registered investment adviser.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the financial information you enter. You may export your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering, scraping, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Projections and scores are estimates based on assumptions and user-entered data, and outcomes are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthAura Capital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you make using the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Service, and will notify you of material changes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
