Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
• Financial information you enter: income, expenses, budgets, debts, assets, goals.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs.
• Billing data, processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To operate your account, generate your dashboards, projections and reports, provide AI coaching responses, send notifications you enable, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

AI processing

When you use the AI Wealth Coach, the content of your messages and relevant summary figures are sent to an AI model provider to generate a response. We do not sell your data or use your financial records to train third-party models.

How we protect it

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Row-level security ensures each account can only read and write its own records.
• Sensitive account changes are recorded in an audit log.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export (CSV, Excel, or PDF), and permanently delete your data from Settings. Deleting your account removes your financial records; limited billing records may be retained where required by law.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run the platform (hosting, database, payments, AI inference, email), each bound by confidentiality obligations, or where legally required.
